With Steve as a Video Tech and Gregg as an Audio Supervisor, they traveled the world, setting up over 100 cameras and microphones in various haunted locations. This innovative and challenging endeavor remains a highlight in their careers.

Their collaboration continued over the years on renowned shows such as The Surreal Life, Rock of Love, Flavor of Love, Trading Spouses, Casino, and Bull Run. They cultivated strong technical teams to handle the numerous shows they were overseeing, rapidly becoming the most sought-after Supervisors in Reality TV.

Recognizing their success on projects together, Abrego invited Kita to join him as partner shortly after founding RGEAR in 2006.

Since then, they have grown RGEAR into the leading equipment rental company for reality television; continuing to push boundaries while aiming to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
